Bandra West holds two versions of Mumbai side by side. The old Catholic village lanes of Ranwar, Chuim and Pali, where bungalows and wayside crosses still survive. And around them, one of the city’s busiest stretches for restaurants, cafés, bars and shopping.
We have ten homes here, our widest range anywhere: a 200 sq ft studio on Pali Hill through to whole 3BHK houses that sleep six people.
Carter Road and Bandstand are where the neighbourhood heads for the sea in the evening. Pali Hill and Chapel Road hold some of its best-known places to eat, and Linking Road and Hill Road cover everything from daily shopping to the larger stores. It’s a neighbourhood you can live in between meetings, appointments and days out, rather than one you only sleep in.

Bandra West is the opposite: ten homes in 7 separate buildings, on 6 lanes, and it is the only part of the portfolio where every size exists. The nearest of the ten is 0.5 km · 2 to 5 minutes by cab · 10 to 13 minutes on foot. That is the only walking time anywhere in the portfolio. Every other hospital on this site is a cab ride. The furthest of the ten is 3.1 km away, so all of them are inside a short one.
